Electronic Arts and Crytek are announcing today that Crysis Wars, the new multiplayer suite for Crytek’s award-winning Crysis franchise and part of the critically acclaimed Crysis Warhead package, will be available for free from Friday, October 10th through Sunday, October 12th.

“We have been extremely pleased with the reception we have received from gamers and press for Crysis Warhead,” said Cevat Yerli, CEO and President of Crytek. “Crysis Wars is definitely a big reason for this success and something we are dedicated to, not only as a part of future Crysis titles, but in terms of releasing new modes and continued support for our growing community.”

Starting on Monday, October 6th, gamers can take advantage of this offer by registering online at http://www.mycrysis.com. After registration, those who sign up will be emailed a unique activation key that will allow them to immediately play Crysis Wars on LAN for the entire week and will allow them to play on Gamespy servers from October 10th at 11:00 AM PT to October 12th at 11:59 PM.

Crysis Wars includes:

*Three diverse multiplayer modes including InstantAction, TeamInstantAction and PowerStruggle
*21 maps ranging from large battlefields to smaller, more intimate battlegrounds with a diverse array of settings ranging from beaches to graveyards

How does it Work?
You will be able to download the complete Crysis Wars game, and install it on your computer for free. From then on, you will be able to play on LAN with your friends, without any time limitation. This is the best opportunity to check the gameplay, adjust the settings to your fitting (from best performance to best visuals), and train with your friends on LAN, in preparation for the online weekend.
You will not be able to connect online during this time.

This Friday October 10th, starting at 6pm CET, a new mail will be sent to you with the link to a MyCrysis page where you will be able to retrieve your unique demo CDKey for the online weekend. This demo CDKey will only be valid for your MyCrysis account, and will allow you to play online for the whole weekend. By the end of the weekend, your demo CDKey will be deactivated and you will have to purchase the game to keep playing online.

NOVALOGIC TERMINATES MTR SOFT LICENSE

Delta Force: Angel Falls European Rights Pulled for Nonperformance

AGOURA HILLS, CA (DECEMBER 4, 2008) - Entertainment software developer and publisher NovaLogic, Inc. today announced termination of its license agreement with MTR Soft of Prague, Czech Republic for the European rights to upcoming multi-platform title Delta Force?: Angel Falls?, a brand new installment in the multi-million selling Delta Force series.

"MTR never paid us a penny, while we have heard that they collected money from at least one sub licensee," commented Lee Milligan, President of NovaLogic. "We are very concerned that MTR may still be trying to use our license agreement to obtain additional funds. We ask anyone who has been offered rights to Delta Force: Angel Falls by MTR Soft to please contact us immediately."

Publishers and distributors that are interested in acquiring rights to Delta Force: Angel Falls are also invited to contact NovaLogic at this time.
